Abstract
The book chooses the problems particularly the question of impact assessment faced the assessment of research team as the starting point,bases on the theories of scientific sociology,information science,management and performance evaluation,draws lessons from the theory and practice of domestic and international research impact assessment,analyzes the particularity of research team,constructs the research system of research team impact evaluation. The research content of the book mainly focuses on two levels:(1)Research of the status,functions and roles,functions and value-oriented of research team in the context of innovation-driven development;(2)Research the expectations and its realization of research team’s impact. Focus on these goals,the book mainly focuses on the following five aspects. (1)Analysis on the practical experience and development trend of the research impact evaluation. Based on the mainstream model of research impact evaluation,chooses the STAR METRICS,REF,SEP,DECISIVE framework,university research team evaluation system of the ministry of Education of the people’s Republic of China,major achievements output-oriented evaluation framework of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and so on as study sample,summarizes the practices of research impact assessment and the logic thinking and development trends of research impact evaluation to provide practice guidelines for the construction of the research team evaluation system. (2)Analysis on the theories of research team impact evaluation. Combined with the main objectives of research team impact evaluation,selects the theory of scientific values,innovative systems function,knowledge transfer,theory,research impact evaluation model to analyze the standpoint,internal logic,analysis dimensions of research team impact evaluation from the value-oriented,function and formation mechanism. (3)Study on the concept model of research team impact assessment. Based on the theories and experience of research team impact evaluation,quantitative methods,constructs the framework and index system covering the academic and social impact form the two dimensions of stakeholder engagement and recognition. (4)Design on the method model of research team impact evaluation. According to the multidimensional integrated conceptual model of research group,constructs the method system of research team impact evaluation which covers AHP,efficacy coefficient method,weighted aggregate method,four-dimension analysis framework to solve the question of index weight,data processing,composite score calculation and results show. (5)Study on application of research team impact assessment model. Chooses the State Key Laboratory of material field as the research sample,verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the research team impact assessment model and method model from the perspective construction of evaluation indicators,data acquisition,evaluation findings summary and analysis and model validation.
